Anger and it’s ugly brother violence, are the worst of human negative emotions. Frustration is all too often eased at the expense of partners and colleagues and of course to the detriment of the angry person’s social and work life. Is it possible for people who haven't ever managed to get their anger under control to make a change?

A little like alcoholism the angry man first needs to acknowledge that he has a problem. The next step is simply to want to make a change and to ask people for help. Anger management workshops can give the angry man a number of techniques such as cognitive behaviour therapy to bring his feelings into more acceptable means of expression.

Now all of this good work can be reinforced with the use of a subliminal anger control CD. This is a relaxing music CD with sub audio positive messages implanted below the music. An angry mind will be soothed by these anger controling subliminal messages without any conscious effort required by yourself. The angry man can get these messages whenever he first feels the tell tale signs of frustration or even simply play the album several times each day by way of pre-emptive anger management - this prevention rather than cure method can be VERY effective, and is a very stable, mature, and proactive approach to a serious problem.

The vast majority of what we do and feel is unconscious, we simply can not be aware of everything around us, and all of the information coming at us, nor are we are not really aware of motivations and drives but it does require conscious effort and actions to break even the simplest of personal habits.

Anger comes from deep within us and will often emerge from our inner self with frightening speed. To stop it before it really starts calls for a natural, and unconscious remedy. Subliminal mp3s won’t work on their own but when combined with a true and sincere desire to change, then they will can make all of the difference between effective anger management and your anger unleashed.

A Different Look At Their Stress Filled Life

November 14th, 2008    Subscribe To Our Feed

Lots of people think that the stress of the Holidays comes from the Christmas rush, or that people stress out from the pressure of the season, like decoration, the Christmas turkey or ham, or picking out the perfect present to make family members happy. For some of us we aren’t so lucky as for our main source of stress to be what goes under the lighted christmas tree, but a lot of other considerations. For physicians like me, the holiday stress doesn’t just disappear after Christmas day is over and the house is cleaned up. For us, Christmas is the entire 365 days of the calendar, or in short, everyday is Christmas day.

The holidays are about hope and giving life. Doctors like me are changing lives everyday, when we deal with our patients. Physicians are supposed to give hope to their patients that they can recover. We also make them happy, even if treatment for their diseases is impossible, as long as they know we are doing our best in helping them adjust to their illness situation, and eventually help them accept death.

That’s why all the days of the year are like Christmas, and it really does make for a lot of stress on ones person, it’s a major thing when you’re being part of someone’s last breath. There are times, you can’t hold long by being strong in front of a dying patient, and what you can do is just to empathize, or better yet, get out of the room and keep the sorrow for yourself. That is very nerve-racking in my part. It’s true when I say that holiday stress can be very different when you’re a doctor, because you can’t run away from it, it becomes a part of everyday normal life. So this year when you’re sitting around the lighted christmas garland just relax and think it could be worse.

Are you shy about being seen naked? Here’s some helpful tips to help overcome your shyness

October 17th, 2008    Subscribe To Our Feed

Forunately it’s not a frequent occurrence that we have to strip off all our clothes and be naked. But there are some times when it’s necessary, such as when you shower with your team mates after a sports game. And there are other times when you’d like to share an intimate moment or two with your partner.

So how can you overcome your worry about being naked around other people?

1. Practice being naked when you’re alone

There’s a good chance that the mere thought of being naked and vulnerable is the main cause of your shyness. When you’re on your own and there’s no chance of anyone disturbing you, lock all the doors, draw the blinds and strip naked. Don’t get self conscious about this - just take them off the same way as if you were about to have a bath or shower. Then wander around the room and get used to your body being visible. This will start your journey towards being less self conscious when you’re naked in your birthday suit.

2. Realize that we’re almost all the same

Unless you come from another planet, you aren’t going to be much different from around 50% of everyone else alive. Maybe you’re a bit taller or shorter. Maybe you’ve got a few more (or less) pounds on your body. But when it comes down to it, you’re either a man or a woman and you’re quite similar to near enough every other male or female. This should help your conscious mind to rationalize your fears, at least a bit.

3. Use hypnosis to help

One of the fastest ways to get over your fear about being naked is to get some help. Of the different forms of help you can seek, one of the best is to use a specially constructed hypnosis download to help you get over your phobia of being in the nude. It’s inexpensive, you can listen to it over again, it’s completely discreet and it really does work. Download a hypnosis track to get rid of your phobia of being naked here.

Anxiety disorders are unfortunately proving to be more common and there are numerous different side effects. One of these is the panic attack. Anxiety panic attacks are exhausting to numerous people, making them feel powerless and much overtaken with emotion. If you have ever experienced these feelings, then you know how important they are to control. Read on to find out how to cope with anxiety panic attacks and learn more about them on the way.

If you are a sufferer of anxiety panic attacks, it is essential that you realize exactly what they are and how they occur. An attack begins when stress together with anxiety levels increase to a point where they are uncontrollable by the individual who is having the episode. The person will rapidly descend into a state of panic and fearfulness of surroundings, feeling that they are dying or having a heart attack and even going insane. In effect, the mind is saying to the body that it is experiencing a discomfort that is in all likelihood not real. Depending on the severeness of the attack, they can last anywhere up to about fifteen minutes. The experience oftentimes causes a vicious cycle where the individual dreads another attack, which merely causes the symptoms to worsen.

Experiencing an anxiety panic attack can send anybody into delirium, and folk with anxiety disorders recognize only too well how disabling they are. Rather than living your life in fear you can learn how to control them. Anxiety panic attacks ordinarily come on out of the blue to most folks, but what if there was some means you could recognize it was coming. There are particular patterns or triggers present when an individual is about to have an attack. If you know these, then you could learn to prevent them. If you find yourself having an attack, then the best thing to do is to make yourself stress free and start verbalizing loudly in a positive fashion.

If you suffer from anxiety panic attacks, you may like to try out using yoga techniques. This type of stress free activity, along with others, like Tai Chi or different structured exercises, can help calm your mind and oftentimes discourage attacks. The same can be said for listening to music, reading a book, or even spending time with an animal or pet. These activities may be your key to getting rid of the attacks. While panic attacks might never disappear, with a little education and some stress free skills you may be able to avert them in many cases.
